Couple’s Massage

Stretch! 30 min
Traditional Thai Massage adapted for the massage table. This session is a great addition to a Swedish/Deep Tissue massage or on its own to focus in on specific areas of limited mobility. I use passive stretching (client relaxes while I move their body around) to increase circulation, mobility,flexibility
TMJ and Headache Relief
This is a focused therapeutic session designed to reduce jaw tension, relieve headaches, and ease tension in the face, scalp, and neck.
Red Light Therapy
RLT takes place during the massage and requires no extra time. Actual exposure time is between 15-25 mins.
Dry Brushing
Dry Brushing can help calm the nervous system, aid in lymphatic movement, and gently exfoliate the skin.
Cupping
Endocanibinoid Treatment
Endocanibinoid treatment is available in either Full Spectrum or THC-Free oils. Every person is different, but in general endocanibinoid treatment helps relieve pain and inflammation and promotes a sense of relaxation. It is applied topically in the beginning of the session and has a systemic effect.
