About
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and have a passion for helping people feel better. I enjoy taking an active roll in addressing both acute and chronic pain, helping clients with injuries during and after recovery, and providing attention and support to those who need a break from their daily grind. I incorporate multiple modalities into my sessions including: Swedish/Relaxation, Deep-Tissue, Reiki, Traditional Thai Massage, Myofascial Release and Cupping Therapy. When booking, don’t overthink the modality, focus on how much time you want to allow yourself to sink into this session. We will talk about your preferences when you get here. I love the diversity of my clientele and welcome all bodies because everyone deserves a safe place to let go.

I’m here to help us all engage with the healing that we need to do as individuals and as a community. We carry so much weight and stress in our bodies. Healing that is what drew me to massage as a profession. After 20 years of studying Aikido, a martial art that practices the unification of mind and body, my goal is to be a catalyst for others and work with the subtle energies we carry. Through massage we can make the mind/body relationship a daily practice.
